What happens if my purchase is faulty?

If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery we will offer to repair the item. If the item cannot be repaired we will offer a replacement item, or if a replacement is no longer available, a refund. You have the option of an exchange or a refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify any faults with the product.

This policy does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Consumable items (such as batteries and light bulbs etc.) carry a 3 month guarantee.

Any refund due to an error made on our part or because the item is defective will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. Replacement goods will be sent by standard delivery, no premium services are available.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and both you and C. F. Hall & Co. Ltd. agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We have put strict safeguards into place to ensure any information we hold remains secure. Our site uses 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure any personal details that are transmitted via our site are encrypted to prevent unauthorised access. What methods of payment do you accept?

On our website we accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron cards. We also accept payment via Google Checkout. We are unable to accept payment by American Express. If you wish to pay by cheque please place your order by phone by calling 01483 282945.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of product you order. The delivery cost for a particular item is shown on the individual products information page. For full details about our delivery service please see our Delivery Information page.

How can I change my order?

If you have not yet submitted your order you can amend the items you wish to purchase via your Shopping Basket. Items in your Shopping Basket can be removed by clicking the remove button next to the product you wish to remove.

If you have already submitted your order you can only amend it if it has not yet been dispatched and only by calling us directly on 01483 282945.

How do I check the progress of my order?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by logging into your account using your email address and the password we supplied when you first joined our site. To view the status of your order click on the My Account button at the top of the page and enter your log in information. Any orders you have placed with us can be accessed from the My Orders section.
