Delivery Information

Our Delivery Area

We currently only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. All deliveries must be signed for (except for items which are sent by post and are small enough to fit through your letterbox). Please ensure you keep the receipt that is enclosed with your order.

Delivery Charges & Times

Delivery charges depend on the type of item you are ordering, the standard delivery charge for an item is shown on each product page as shown below:

You will only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of items you order.

If you order two or more products that have different delivery charges the higher charge will apply. The current delivery charge for your order can be seen in your shopping basket.

There may be an additional delivery charge for large items that require courier delivery if you live in the Higlands, Islands or Northern Ireland. You will be contacted once the order is placed if this additional charge will apply to your order.

Item Availability

The availability of a product is shown on each product page, as shown in the image above.

In Stock: Items that are shown as “in stock” will usually be dispatched within 24 hours. We use Royal Mail and couriers to make our deliveries.

Deliveries by courier will take place Monday – Friday usually between 7am and 5.30pm. All courier deliveries must be signed for. If no one is home to sign for the package then the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a redelivery or collection.

IMPORTANT: We will do everything we can to meet the delivery times quoted in this section. However due to circumstances beyond our control delivery times may be affected and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If we become aware of any unexpected delay with your order we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.

Tracking Your Order

You can track the status of your order in the My Account section of the website or by clicking on the link contained in your confirmation email. If your order has been sent via courier a tracking number will be available for you to track the status of your delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure you receive your order in excellent condition. If any of the items you have ordered are damaged or incorrect please contact us on 01483 282945.
